Download the T107 SSL Certificate.
You may need to right-click and select "save link as..." in Google Chrome
Find the certificate you downloaded or click on the file displayed on your browser's downloads folder.
You'll see a window like the following:
Click the "Install Certificate..." button.
The following window will display:
Click the "Next" button.
The following window will display:
Click the "Next" button.
The following window will display:
Click the "Finish" button.
The following window will display:
Click the "OK" button.
You should then be able to visit the forums in IE or Chrome without a warning.
